Full of Rubbish

It is the perfect time! Today’s temperature seems to drop to negative something degree Celsius and I’m loving it. It is cozy here in the house and I feel like I am in some idyllic spot in Europe. Oh, I wish. School’s the first Monday beyond this week and I don’t feel the same spark of excitement that everyone’s usually having when it’s first day of school—you know, like the excitement you would most likely feel when you slip on your new pair of shoes or when you smell your new books. But that is so high school. I am looking forward to see my closest friends on my senior year’s first day. 06.07.11 I went to Ate Evonne’s house for some “chill-out” moments. I am not actually into booze, but I normally go with them just to have endless pep talks and to watch them go insane. Most of the occasions I am with them, the talks over the booze are usually about the dumb things we did to each other (although we share a room for seriousness). The conversation had jumped to some sort of philosophical environment that I was not expecting to happen. We, my closest friends, are not new to such conversations but to be in that moment was a privilege to understand them more. It was only the four of us: Ate Evonne, Kim, Francis and Me. I hope others attended so that we would all look like a religious congregation.
